This recently painted luxury home is located on the 3rd and 4th floor (top floor) at Barona Beach Resort in West Kelowna. 3.5 hours from Vancouver and about 15 minutes away from downtown Kelowna!
Spacious 1,300 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms & den area upstairs providing separation & privacy. Open great room plan on the main floor with seating for 7 on the L-shaped couch, dining table, breakfast bar, laundry room & powder room. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms both have full ensuites with main master offering lake-views & king bed. 2nd master bedroom features stunning mountain views including Mission Hill Winery. The loft is set up to dual function as another TV room or sleeping area with comfy pull-out couch. The living room & loft both have 50 inch smart tv's. Wifi is available throughout the home.
All of your cooking desires will be accommodated with the fully appointed kitchen that includes quality stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances (gas stove) and high quality mini appliances blender, toaster as well as completely stocked accessories including multiple sets of dishes & cutlery, pot & pans, serving dishes, all types of glassware & plastic ware (for the pool area), full bbq utensils, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, ziplock bags (great for picnics or to take your left-overs home). There's a gas bbq on the deck perfect for outdoor entertaining. We stock basic kitchen items like salt & pepper, olive oil & sugar. Laundry ready for your use with all supplies provided. Linens & towels are well stocked & bedding is hotel-style with clean sanitary duvet covers on all coverlets.
Quails Gate, Mission Hill & Frind Wineries are at your doorstep as are many of the other Okanagan wineries, golf courses, regional parks, wine & bike trails, aquatic/recreational facilities and Spa’s. This location is second to none. Once you discover Barona Beach, you'll be back!

The manager was didn’t return phone calls and didn’t show up when she said she would at checkout. She also wasn’t even in Kelowna when we needed some items. Instructions on how to get up to the condo weren’t very helpful. Ie. get off on 3rd floor. Fobs for parkade were in suite

Excellent property on the lake with amazing beach front. The owner/host is very friendly and helping. I will definitely book this place again
