Ocean Garden #3 is a comfy condo on the ground floor, located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is one block from BlackBeards restaurant, two blocks from the post office and three blocks from the movie theater and a new public boat ramp within a mile from the property. The Condo showcases hi-speed wireless internet, three (3) flat screen TVs, leather sectional sofas, granite counter tops, washer/dryer, central air, all tiled floors and much more.
The Master bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen size beds, which combined will easily sleep up to 6 guests. Each room has a flat screen LED tv and ceiling fans.
You will be staying within convenient access to all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may choose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops that is fully equipped. A washer and dryer and private parking for the complex also add convenience. Whether you enjoy the beach, a quiet pool or the South Padre Island night life, this is the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway!
Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons at the semi-private swimming pool (not heated)

This spot worked great for our family beach vacation.The location is centrally located to make close enough for everything to on the island, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We fished the surf in the mornings and caught a bunch of fish and relaxed at the pool in evenings. The pool was fun with the kids but can be a bit crowded with more than 1 group out there but was empty most of our time there. The short walk and ground floor unit made it easy to cart the beach gear. The kitchen had enough to work with and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed the unit and I would stay again. Thank you.

The condo was easy to find, parking excellent, the condition of the condo was as advertised and clean. All the things you need on a mini vacay away from home were there. The walking proximity to beach access 14 was less than 5 min. Beach access 14 is by far one of the best. If you are looking for a not crowded and family scene that’s the place to be.

It is in a good location. The listing said that it will be rented to 25 and over but the other properties had younger than that. They other guess were loud above us and was stomping all night even at 3 a.m. Overall, it was a good place to stay but paying over 100 for cleaning and you had to take the trash out is ridiculous. I would stay there again if I needed.
