Stay at the Clos l'Eglise gîte, located in the Puisseguin Saint Emilion vineyards, offering great comfort. It is situated in the outbuildings of a house adjoining the owner's residence and a bed and breakfast. Its stunning view of the surrounding vineyards will surprise you. It features a terrace, a shaded garden, and a partially enclosed yard. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave), a dining area, a lounge, a laundry room (with dryer), and a separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 single beds, 2 double beds, and a cot), a shower room, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Optional cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Electric heating. Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen, kitchen towels, and bath towels are provided. Rental is exclusively for private individuals. Must-sees: - Visit the town of Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO World Heritage Site - Visit the Monolithic Church, an underground religious building carved in the early 12th century on impressive dimensions (38m long by 12m high). - Discover the famous wine estates - In season, experience some of France's greatest historical reenactments! The Battle of Castillon, with its 600 volunteers, 40 horses, and carriages. A clear view of the vineyard offers you a panorama typical of our region.

Nice house adjacent to vines. Good size house, very clean and cute. Bathrooms are not en suite, one nice bathroom with shower, one nice bathroom with tub only, one very small shower room, two toilets separate from bathrooms. Price only included two bedrooms, even though the listing says 3 bedroom house, we had to pay extra for the 3rd bedroom.
Walking distance to small grocery and restaurant. Overall a good stay.
