About this apartment rental
70 square meters apartment with great view on the forest: 2 double rooms with private bathrooms, livingroom with 2 extra bed on couch, internet point with fast connection and P.C., dining table, kitchen, fireplace, small swimming pool with 35 sq mt deck, terrace, garden.
This is a small mountain village with narrow roads, especially the one that leads to the guest house. Consider that a Fiat Multipla which is large 188 cm. is the larger car that can approach via varesello.
If you have a bigger car you could park it in the village and we could provide the transfer with our shuttle car.
Anyway the guest house is only 8 min. by feet from the cable car (funicolare) that connects Como. Upon request we could provide transfer to/fron the cable car (funicolare).

The property is stunning, perfect for a stay in Lake Como. Modern interior with everything you need for a short or long stay. Lukas is incredibly helpful and has done a wonderful job with his property.Como is very accessible on the funicular railways which is 10-15 minutes from the property. I was very impressed with Como - interesting shops and restaurants to browse around. We didnt get boats from here but plenty i believe to get you about the lake. Also coach services to the hotspots around the lake.Brunate is mountainous be prepared for an interesting car journey.

Luca was so helpful and gave us some excellent local knowledge.The property was great for the 5 of us for our 3 night stay. Snug but great. We saw wild boar in the woods!!

Quiet, modern and lovely house in the woods.
If you like being close to nature this is the place!
We felt like home from the first day. So did our children.
Luca the friendly owner is always open for giving great tips for visiting the region.
Highly recommended!
