About this house rental
Brand new modern farmhouse beach house! Perfect location being just a few minutes from shops/restaurants and close to the beach! Fun for the whole family! Spend the day at the beach or outside enjoying the outdoor living space and come in to relax and enjoy cooking in a fully furnished kitchen! There is two bedrooms and a loft. The loft has a king size bed, the main floor bedrooms have a queen and a set of twin/twin bunks beds.

Our party was 2 older (50s) adults and 3 kids 11 and under. The older kids enjoyed the bunk beds and video game. The king bed in the loft is probably easily reachable for younger adults but was too steep for 2 older adults and a 4 year-old. One of us ended up sleeping on the sofa. (A ship’s ladder with handles would be easier to manage than the library ladder.) The rental was fairly clean. If you’re a clean/neat freak you may find a few issues (hair on the unlabeled, non-working shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers, corners of rooms that could do with a vacuum, broken freezer handle, leaking kitchen faucet.) We could not find and I was not provided the name of the WiFi network, although 2 different passwords were provided, so we ended up using one that was not password protected. If WiFi security is important to you, be aware. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location, which is very close to public beach access. Oh, and be aware that you can drive onto the beaches but you have to buy a parking permit from either The Big Store or the Valero nearby.
