The perfect location in a cul-de-sac with no traffic ensures constant silence. The villa is oriented to the southwest, and every room offers a beautiful view of the sea and nature. The modern interior will delight lovers of aesthetics. It consists of 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There are four bathrooms and an extra toilet and it is a proper choice for eight people. Each room has access to a spacious terrace that offers a unique view of the sunrise in the summer evenings. Villa is fenced so you have complete privacy. The outdoor area includes a large private hydromassage pool with salt water, an outdoor fireplace, a relaxation area, and a terrace. The nearest beach is only 600 meters away. Near are restaurants and shops. It is perfect for all lovers of a quiet vacation, in silence, and natural beauty, but it is also a perfect choice for adventurers. Nearby is Pula which offers a rich nightlife and various events, and on the other hand, there is beautiful Kamenjak. On Kamenjak you can see the remains of dinosaurs, many beach bars, beaches, and adventure bike trails.
