About this house rental
This beautiful ***NEW*** "Sly Fox Townhome" has just completed a full and complete renovation. It is beautiful and modern with chic touches and is thoughtfully designed for guests to be cozy and comfortable during their mountain escape. It is in one of the best locations in Sun Peaks, Trappers Landing, which is just a quick 5-minute walk to the vibrant heart of the village center. This is a three-floor townhome with two balconies and four bathrooms and it sleeps 6 people.
You will step inside and be greeted by a brand-new contemporary ambiance. Greys, blues, and cream accents fill this contemporary home. A fully equipped culinary kitchen with high-end appliances, premium beds & linens, brand-new furniture, bathrooms, towels, feature walls, shelving, and lighting. The spacious bedrooms upstairs have a king-size bed in each room, as well as, their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a brand new gas fireplace added and the fireplace in the living area is also brand new with beautiful stone accents. In the downstairs recreation room, there is a games room for the kids. It is complete with a PS5 Slim Disc, plenty of games, Lego, and board games. There is also a built-in bar for the adults for apes ski, a large 65" TV, as well as a brand new bunk bed with a single over queen mattress. The garage has parking for one vehicle with plenty of ski and snowboard storage, as well as a brand-new 8 person boot and glove warmer. There is a large 6 person hot tub downstairs for recovery and blissful relaxation after a great day on the slopes.
Sly Fox Townhome is an easy ski-in/ski-out as it is located right across from the Morrisey Express Chairlift, and right beside the Orient chairlift. It is also just a leisurely 5-7 minute walk along the lit valley trail into Sun Peaks village.
There is also a FREE shuttle bus that runs during the ski season and the bus stop is located conveniently right out front of the Trappers Landing complex.

Lovely brand new 3 bedroom townhome on 3 floors. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen and lots of nice detailed touches provided by the hosts. The hosts, Darren and Jenn, had the booking, check in, and checkout process dialed in and automated. There were super responsive with the couple of questions I had (because I didn’t read the message they had already sent).
Will definately book this place again when we return in winter.

Our recent stay at Sun Peaks was a trip to remember. Aside from the fabulous terrain, the expansive village and an endless amount of activities, this property sealed the deal. It was spacious, beautifully renovated, and boasts a superb location for easy ski-in/ski-out access while also being quite proximal to the amenities within the village core. It was everything our family was looking for, and the hosts were very responsive. Strongly recommend.

The condo is very nice, spacious, conveniently located, comfortable and clean with great array of amenities. Lots of extra things had been thought of. Kids of all ages loved the foosball and nostalgic table top video game console. We had a minor issue figuring out the hot tub and the owner Darren was promptly on top of it, fixing the issue very quickly. Things like that are worth their weight in gold when you are trying to focus on relaxing with family. Pre-arrival communication with owners was prompt, clear and helpful. Excellent all around experience here and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Thank you very much Darren & Jennifer.Jason K & family
