The host provided clear and timely communication from the time of booking. One of my first questions was if there was a laundry room in the property; the host clarified that there wasn't one, but pointed out there was a coin laundry near-by. Later I found myself having to adjust my travel dates and I was met with flexibility to make the change without a hassle.The property is located within 5 minutes of the north entrance to Yellowstone. This is extremely hard to beat both for having access to the park and for venturing into Montana if desired.The property was clean and well maintained. The only areas for improvement (which I communicated to the host) were additional options for pots/pans and kitchen tools (a lot of people like to dine out, but we prefer to cook our own meals whenever possible). The only other potential negative was noise from the upstairs section of the building: depending on the walking habits of the upstairs tenants, it can be quite easy to hear them moving around.Overall, I'd give the place an 8.5/10. I would definitely book again if I made another trip to the area.

Enjoyed our time here, did lots of out-backing, access to the park was convenient, home had everything we needed, spacious and we could walk to the store. Host was thoughtful and accommodating.

There was remodeling going on upstairs with beating and loud noises.This lasted until 1am some nights.The add for property does not say anything about this bring downstairs with someone above.The floor had been flooded in the past and needs repair.Would not recommend.
