I stayed four nights and was truly impressed by the warm, welcoming staff. From reception to the breakfast team, everyone was upbeat, attentive, and eager to help. They went above and beyond, happily accommodating requests and even offering more than what was on the buffet. The room was clean and comfortable, and any small issues that came up were handled right away without hesitation. Overall, a genuinely positive experience.
I can hardly think of anything I didn’t like. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The décor in the lobby, particularly the ceiling and the air-conditioning grilles, could benefit from some maintenance and a fresh touch of paint. These small improvements would greatly enhance the overall appearance and make an even better first impression on guests.

Facilities fine, generally. Lots of hair in the pool. And people putting soap in the jacuzzi, but that isn't really the hotel's fault.
It is just the noise. Car horns, ALL night. Constantly. And then a bit of 'boom, boom, boom' club music. The car horns are Amman, rather than the hotel. But there are other hotels in quieter places.
May seem harsh to blame the hotel for car horns. But if you can't sleep properly in a place, it doesn't matter how comfortable or nice the staff are. You are exhausted and unwell
