About this villa rental
Beautiful modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the heart of Pattaya, a few minutes from the beaches and the famous Walking Street (about 5 minutes by scooter). Private semi-covered swimming pool 6 x 4 m, depth 1.50/1.70. Waterfall. Quiet residence. Double living room, international TV, WiFi, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Large fitted kitchen, Dinning room, terrace with table and armchairs. BBQ. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, fan and TV. All the conveniences of a modern villa.
In accordance with the house rules:
*A security deposit of 220$ (8000 THB) is requested at the entrance to the villa and returned the day of your check out.
*Electricity is excluded; the price is at the government rate.

We had a wonderful time in our villa. Nick was our checkin host and she was very attentive and informative. The pictures online perfectly represented the villa. Yes, the location is a little further out but that is perfect if you have your own scooters and want your own space. Loved the villa and would definitely recommend
