About this cottage rental
Wattle-B is a 2 bedroom cottage situated between the lake and the sea. It has a lovely cottage garden with an outside seating area.
It is a 2 bedroom cottage fully self contained and sleeps 4 people.
Bedroom 1: Has a queen sized bed and side tables and views of the cottage garden.
Bedroom 2: Has 2 single beds side draws plus a built in robe.
The cottage also contains fully equipped kitchen, laundry and entertainment facilities with Microwave, Fridge, Washing machine, TV, Video, DVD, CD Player, Split system for heating and cooling, ceiling fans to both bedrooms and living area, and BBQ available outside.
The cottage is located within 3 minutes walk of Lake Victoria. Less than a 4 minute drive to the 90 mile beach and Less than a 3 minutes drive to the town and marina.
WATER SPORTS
Loch Sport is set amongst the beautiful Gippsland Lakes, 35 Mins from Sale, the 90 Mile Surf Beach and the safe waters of Lake Victoria are the perfect venue for water based holiday activities - from toddlers splashing in the shallows of the lake to surf fishing in the ocean. The waters around Loch Sport are ideal for windsurfing, sailing, cruising, and water skiing, fishing and even parasailing. Offering 90 miles of golden beaches and 41 thousand hectares of Lake System.
It also has direct access to the 90 Mile Beach and is surrounded by National and Coastal Parkland. For all keen budding fishermen Loch Sport offers lake fishing from a boat the banks or a jetty. You can surf fish from many spots along the 90 Mile Beach. In addition to fishing there are excellent safe swimming sites along the sheltered lake shore.
OTHER ACTIVITIES

A highlight of your trip would be a visit to the Lakes National Park where wildlife is prolific - Kangaroos, swamp wallaby, hog deer, common wombat, short-beaked echidna, koala and common bush tail possum and many more.

Very nice, cosy cottage. Had everything you need for a nice relaxing stay, fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and comfy bedding. Quick stroll down to the water for an easy walk, short run to the Marina for a beautiful meal. Pet friendly and enough space for small family to spread out and relax.Bring own sheets, pillows etc. There's a Foodworks in town, but if you require a large stock up, head back to Sale for all shopping!

The property was comfortable and easy to settle into. Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed their holiday with us also.

The house was fine and the pets were secure. The first ad implied you were right on the beach. But when you progressed further, it said a 3 minute walk but didn't mention stairs. I'm 70 years old and it was not a 3 minute walk. I had to drive so I could take the dogs for a walk on the beach. We all enjoyed the beach. Very limited on takeaway meals but overall I enjoyed my stay. Another thing, the ad stated ceiling fan in the main bedroom but there wasn't one and if it had been hot I would have been extremely upset. Also lots of dust collecting items throughout that had not been dusted for some time especially the cups hanging in the kitchen.
