About this cottage rental
This was once the tractor barn. Today, you'll stay in a charming and bright cottage, decorated in a "shabby chic" style by Josette, the owner with a passion for antiques. There's a large garden at the rear. Access to the sauna, located in the former dovecote, is available upon request. Hiking trails start right from the cottage. It's situated on the road between Saulcy-sur-Meurthe and Sainte-Marguerite. 23 km from Gérardmer and close to amenities, just a few minutes from St-Dié-des-Vosges: Geography Festival, Andros Trophy. Nearby ponds for fishing enthusiasts. Groceries and a doctor are 1 km away.
#Christmas Atmosphere# from the first weekend of December with a Christmas tree, indoor and outdoor decorations (wreath, candles, sleighs...).
Remiremont Venetian Carnival, March 15-18, 2018: Enjoy a free-roaming parade of magnificent costumed revelers, musical ambiance, and illuminations (over 400 costumes). Free admission: experience the splendor and colors of the Venice Carnival, just a short distance from the gîte (48 km).
Experience the magic of Christmas by visiting the Christmas markets. Some sightseeing ideas: Plombières-les-Bains (45 m) and take advantage of a relaxing break at the wellness center. In Alsace: Kaysersberg, one of the most beautiful French villages, is 35 minutes away; Plombières-les-Bains is 45 minutes away; Strasbourg and Colmar are 1 hour away. Detached house. Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen/living room. TV. Shower room with walk-in shower. Toilet. Shower room with walk-in shower. First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, cot).
