The space
This 3800 sq ft view home is in an upscale neighborhood on a small mountain (3177 ft elevation) in Spokane's desirable South Hill area.
With a 4-bed, 3.5-bath NW contemporary layout, this home is cozy for two while being spacious for family & friend groups up to eight.
In addition to comfortable beds, rain showers, and a well-equipped chef's kitchen, you will find generous indoor and outdoor spaces.
The home has ample room to gather and room to spread out with bedrooms and bathrooms located on each level.
The upper level is a private master floor with a king bed, balcony and full bath.
The main level has one bedroom with queen bed and desk on the same level as a full bath. All main living areas on are this level, with access to outdoor areas, bbq grill, and hot tub. One-level living potential with a few steps inside and out.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full bath, and a den (dedicated workspace) with 2 desks and walk-out access to patio and yard.
You'll find a well-equipped chef's kitchen with 2 sinks, dual-fuel range, spices, & cooking essentials near the dining room with huge windows, large round table and countertop bar open to the kitchen.
For your indoor comfort & entertainment: Gas fireplaces add warmth and ambiance in fall and winter. Air conditioning cools the home in spring and summer. The huge family room has a 65” smart TV with Roku and streaming for your Netflix, AppleTV, etc. Enjoy classic board games for game nights.
This is view home is on 5 private acres with unique outdoor amenities including a large deck, BBQ grill, outdoor table, basketball hoops, fire pit, and hydrotherapy hot tub. Enjoy wide-open spaces, a small forest, and a fenced pet area. Deer, quail, wild turkey, and other native wildlife (even Moose) frequent the property year-round.

A short-term rental contract is required for all reservations.
The home is not childproofed. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to oversee the safety and security of their child(ren).
Planning an extended trip? Special rates are automatically applied to weekly or monthly stays up to 90 days. Perfect for multi-week family vacations and traveling executives.
Booking over 90 days? Custom pricing available. Corporate relocation and insurance placements are welcome. Rates include utilities, seasonal management (yard maintenance, road and driveway snow plowing), and amenity upkeep (hot tub maintenance, professional house cleaning).
Note: Our base rate is for 4 guests. For reservations over 4, there is an additional guest fee of $99/day per person.
Guest access
You have access to the entire home, 5 peaceful acres, and our private road for scenic walking.
Set in a private hillside neighborhood of similar homes on acreage and located on a 1.5-mile private gravel road, this 4-bed, 3.5-bath Northwest Contemporary view home is one of the original residences built at the top of the mountain.
South Hill grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, gas stations, transit, and amenities are just a drive down the mountain (1.5 miles).
Parking and grounds
• Ample parking on a large driveway fitting 4 vehicles.
• Professionally maintained grounds spring, summer, and fall.
• Road association provides private road maintenance and snow plowing for the private road, and a neighbor plows our driveway when it snows.
• For seasonal weather, AWD or 4WD is needed and in the unusual event of extreme winter ice, chains may be needed.
Location and drive times
• Within 5–15 minutes (2–6 miles) from the home: South Hill grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, shopping, recreation, trails, hospitals, highways, transit, Southside Aquatic Center, and Manito Park.
• Within 15–25 minutes (9–10 miles) from the home: Several golf courses, local breweries and wineries, Spokane downtown city center, business district, restaurants, amenities, Riverfront Park, and River Park Square.
• Nearby restaurants and grocery stores have pick-up and delivery services. Uber serves the area.
Other things to note
Spokane has four distinct seasons, averaging 44 inches of snow during the winter, and 80–90 degree temperatures during the hottest summer months.
The Spokane-CDA region is known for abundant recreation.
• In spring, summer, and fall: Explore hiking trails and swim, float, kayak, paddleboard, and fish in the beautiful lakes and rivers in the area. (1) Spokane River, (2) Lake Coeur d'Alene, (3) Lake Pend Oreille, (4) Priest Lake, and (5) St. Joe River.
