Great communication from the host. The house is super clean ,organized and very relaxing. We were there for a work trip and 6 of us stayed at the Sneed House. It was perfect for a large group. Bound the beds were really comfy!

While our party was much smaller than when we originally booked- it was perfect for our 4-6 people on any given night. The front porch and moreso, swing is just about the best part of this property, second only to phenomenal and free Chance Gardens literally across the street. The cherry on top was sweet Centralia itself and a very large and scrumptious margarita at Los Perez!
