Are you looking for a unique Tampa getaway? This gorgeous Tampa Lakehouse is the perfect spot to make unforgettable memories. Spend your days by the pool relaxing and grilling, enjoying the firepit, and canoeing on the lake! This charming, spacious home is centrally located in Tampa, and within two minutes to the Casino! Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Hyde Park, Harbour Island, the Airport, International Mall, and all other attractions are within a 10-20 minute drive. Clearwater and St Pete Beach are about a 45 minute drive.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.
-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (10 Max).
-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / garage.
-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.
-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.
-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors when you leave the home.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.

This was a great space for our weekend in Tampa, very clean, updated, beautiful kitchen. We spent most of our time there at the house reconnecting w our friends, very comfortable, woke up each morning w the birds on the lake.

We loved the home. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room, & everything you would need in the kitchen, although we didn’t have time to cook there. The master & adjoining room bathrooms are beautifully updated. Loved the furniture & although we didn’t have a chance to use the pool or the pool table, it’s great that they are available. Perfect retreat for a group of friends or family. You have plenty to do & it’s close to a lot of things. The Hard Rock Casino is so close!
We chose the location since it was close to the Florida State Fairgrounds, as we were attending a concert there, so it was perfect for that. We weren’t there a lot, but we all commented that we wish we could have enjoyed the property more & intend to book again, if our travels bring us that way.
The lake view is stunning! So peaceful. We did enjoy sitting out back, enjoying it. Many adorable ducks and ducklings were swimming about. If you’re not a Florida native, you may wonder why the yard isn’t super lush, but it’s hard to grow grass in certain areas of Florida, so keep that in mind. They did have a canoe & kayaks, but there is a wall around the lake & no dock, so it would be difficult to get in & out of the water. That would be my only negative comment, for those looking forward to that particular activity.

The house is beautiful and clean. Tons of space for everyone. Quick uber ride to the port for our cruise. Pool and beautiful view of the lake. Very quick to respond if you need anything. Would definitely recommend.
