Marks apartment was great we really enjoyed our weeks holiday there.Check in was perfect lock box so no waiting around.Apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay was very quiet no noisy neighbours bliss !!Very quiet little complex within 10/15 minutes walk to the Marina and 10 minutes to the supermarket .Spotless grounds and clean pools.Thank you for an amazing stay .

Just spent 31 days at Marks apartment and we had a lovely time.The place was clean,comfortable and well equipped, which suited us as we ate in most of the time.We particularly liked walking out to the morning sun on the patio.The sun loungers were a plus as not all the apartments at Praia Village have them.Communication with Mark was very good.The location was excellent.Definitely one we will consider for the future.

Inside and out the Kitchen,Lounge and Bedroom were excellent.Pool area and garden area were well kept.We would definitely return sometime in the future.

Fantastic experience and trip. Since we booked the trip Mark has been very hospitable and answered any questions we had a timely manner. We’ve stayed previously within the complex but our first visit to this apartment and we’ll definitely be back. Big spacious rooms and you’re able to walk right into the well groomed gardens and into the pool from the rear patio door. Very clean overall and with a well stocked kitchen. We loved the walk into the Marina a couple of times a day and we also hired a car, but it’s not really necessary at this apartment. Obrigado Mark.
