My stay was exceptional, and I loved every moment of it. The condo was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing. Before my arrival, I experienced an issue with my card, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the process.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area. Their excellent customer service truly enhanced my experience.
My only minor concerns were the lack of a full-length mirror and the fact that the bathroom fan runs continuously whenever the light is turned on. The sound was a bit aggravating at first, but I quickly got used to it. However, I could see how this might be challenging for a child or adult with sensory sensitivities.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to return with my family for a longer visit. I highly recommend this property—it was absolutely worth the money. Thank you, Johnnie K., and to the other staff member whose name I unfortunately can't remember. You were both amazing and made my stay even more enjoyable!

The Colony had everything that my family and I needed and wanted. We enjoyed the view from our 8th floor rental on the balcony.

I came on vacation with my husband and my three children, and we had a wonderful time! The location is fantastic. The kitchen is quite well-equipped in terms of dishes and utensils. The beds are comfortable, the view is incredible, and it’s so close to the beach. The pool was also a huge plus. A few beach games are also available (e.g., spike ball). I had to communicate several times with the host before my arrival, and I received a reply each time. I will definitely come back and recommend it without any hesitation!
