Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned house – a former silkworm farm – for rent in Chandolas. It has a floor area of 125 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a separate studio, three shower rooms, and a garden of approximately 1,200 m² with a swimming pool.
The property is laid out as follows:
A separate studio on the ground floor:
- Living area with kitchenette
- Sleeping area with 2 sofa beds
- Sheltered east-facing terrace.
- Shower room with shower and toilet
On the first floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and a double sofa bed
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A south-facing conservatory overlooking the park
- Shower room with shower and WC
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with a double bed (140×190), wall storage and a view of the grounds
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with a double bed (140×190), wall storage and a view of the grounds
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, iron and ironing board, and a travel cot.
Outdoors:
- A beautiful 1,200 m² south-facing garden with plenty of vegetation, offering a large shaded area
- A terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A private swimming pool with an alarm. It is open from 1 June to 1 October (opening dates are subject to change).
The house is ideally situated in Chandolas, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…
Transport:
- You can park directly in the house’s private car park.
- Nearest railway station: Alès, 40.5 km away (around 48 minutes).
- Nearest airport: Nîmes Alès Camargue Cévennes, 94.4 km away (approximately 1 hour 35 minutes).
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are not included.
- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is not provided.
- Pets are allowed in the property; one pet is permitted (the grounds must be cleaned if there is any faeces; a deposit may be retained if this is not done).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and depend on favourable weather conditions.
