About this house rental
Located less than a block from Dwayne Webster Veterans Park and Lake Loveland, this home has been completely updated with new flooring, paint, and appliances including a tankless water heater for long hot showers. The master Bedroom has a queen bed and a large walk in closet. Second bedroom and sleeper sofa have full size mattresses for comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests. The kitchen has a new large refrigerator and a gas range, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster for all your cooking needs. Living area has a TV with HD antenna for local stations and Apple TV for access to your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime accounts and more. Connect to the the bluetooth soundbar to play all your music. Other features include a new walk in shower, front load washer and dryer, patio area with charcoal grill, covered parking, and a fenced area for pets.
Walking distance to downtown Loveland with restaurants, shopping, breweries and more. Just a short drive to Old Town Ft. Collins and CSU (~25 min) , Estes Park (~45 min), and Rocky Mountain National Park (~1hr). Denver and DIA are both less than an hour drive. Lots of hiking trails, and golf courses within a quick drive including the new TPC Colorado just 10 min away.

The host was accommodating, the place was clean, and the location was excellent. It’s tucked away so it felt private. Loved the stained glass in the front, very cute. We also had fun creating pictures on the cork board with the tacks!The yard was a little overgrown, it was hard to pick up after my dogs. However, my pups didn’t seem to mind it at all. We had a very nice stay!

The place was fantastic! It was soooooo quiet, cozy, and made for a very relaxing stay. Perfect for 2-3 people. One small suggestion would be to pin the Wi-Fi information on the tack board for guests’ convenience.We reached out to the host twice during our stay, and both times he responded within seconds, truly phenomenal communication and hospitality.

The house was fine however the outside of the property was not . The front and back yards were overgrown with weeds and not secure for pets. The front of the house was not visible from the street due to the overgrowth.
