Our stay at this VRBO property was exceptional from beginning to end. The house is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and newly renovated, giving it a clean, modern feel while still being warm and inviting. The moment we arrived, we were struck by the breathtaking views—they truly elevate the entire experience and can be enjoyed from both the indoor living areas and the expansive outdoor spaces.We traveled as a group of ten adults, and one of the biggest advantages of this home was the abundance of private spaces. Each person had their own comfortable area to unwind, which made the stay incredibly relaxing. The layout is ideal for large groups who want to spend time together without feeling crowded.The outdoor living area was another highlight. It’s spacious, well‑furnished, and perfect for lounging, dining, or simply taking in the scenery. We spent much of our time outside because it felt like an extension of the home—peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.Communication with both the host and the property manager was excellent. They were responsive, friendly, and proactive, making the entire process smooth and stress‑free. It’s clear they care about providing a great guest experience.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about returning. We would absolutely rent this property again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay.

We had a fabulous week in this extraordinary property. We hosted three generations for an 80th birthday event. Most of our time was spent on the amazing huge deck/patio area around the pool and kiddie pool. Part of it around the bar and barbecue area was covered for shade; the other half was sunny. We were 16 in all and we never had to worry about not having our own spaces. The multilevel bedroom and family rooms provided lots of private spaces— though we were mostly all together. There is even a lovely separate guest house complete with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and living area. The glass wall makes you feel one with nature.I could go on and on. We loved it— it is stocked beyond belief with more than you can imagine. Steve has thought of everything!! And Steve is a wonderful host. Any questions I had were immediately answered.This house is incredible!

We had an amazing trip—our entire family, ages 1 to 85, had a wonderful time. We spent most of our time in the pool or relaxing on the deck with its incredible view. The house was fully equipped, including pool toys and a speaker for music. Steve was extremely responsive and connected us with a fantastic private chef, Marta Pascal, and a fun salsa instructor from Salsa Tours PR. Rico was available onsite when needed. Renting golf carts made it easy to go to the market and explore the community. I highly recommend this house.

This home is beautiful, however there were some serious downsides which appears to have been a problem brought in from another stayer. Firstly, the property manager is very responsive. We had an issue with lighting for the pool at night that we worked through together and someone came to fix the next day. The bigger issue was that part of the house (kitchen, washing machine area, dining, living room and 1 bedroom) had a roach problem in the kitchen. Upon arrival it smelled like they had just fumigated and I thought it was just a maintenance however roaches were clearly seen at night on the kitchen, dishwasher, coming out of the coffee machine and on counter tops. They sent the guys that manage the property grounds and sprayed again however that’s where we learned this was due to a previous stay. The biggest concern at that point was me bringing back roaches to my home or other guest homes. The fact that this was known and not relayed to us until after we were there was the only reason this property got 2 stars. They tried to makeIt right by opening up the apartment usage for us but it’s too small to have guest eat in and resorted to cooking outside by the pool on the grill or eating out. The bunk bed bedroom is more of a hallway converted to a bedroom that goes to the gym. There is no AC in it so you have to rely on the gym door being open and we were unable to lock the door to the balcony which we did not want the kids wondering up there so they slept in the master with us.
