Escape to the peace and beauty of the countryside in our charming home, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
Enjoy access to 30 private acres for hunting and fishing, along with direct access to the Canisteo River. Three kayaks are available for your use, making it easy to explore the water at your own pace.
Unwind by our large pool (open May 20 – September 5), complete with a shaded pergola—perfect for sunbathing or lounging with a good book. For outdoor fun, take advantage of the horseshoe pit and badminton setup. Ample indoor and outdoor seating makes this home ideal for gatherings of any kind.
Inside, you’ll find a well-stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, cookware, and a coffee maker—just bring your favorite foods, beverages, and morning brew. We provide one set of linens per guest, but please remember to bring your own pool towels.
While there is no cell service at the property, our Wi-Fi ensures you can still stay connected.
We are located near the Finger Lakes Wine Trails, the Corning Museum of Glass, and many other local attractions—making this the perfect home base for your adventures.

We are so appreciative of the opportunity to find a place for all of our out of NY family to stay while we're celebrating the family wedding! The house was the perfect size for our party of 8 to stay ages range from 1 to 70. We were so busy only the oldest teens were able to enjoy the pool in the evening. The pool table was also a huge hit. Wifi for both TV and internet contacting kept us entertained and available to communicate all of the last minute details for the wedding. We only wish we could have enjoyed the other entertainment up top of hill, alas not enough time. But we had front row seats for the pass by of the Big Boy Locomotive which the kids were so absolutely surprised and elated to get to see. Timing was perfect!Cecilia and Jason are great host and super friendly.Thank you for providing the comfortable environment during one of our most chaotic times!

The farmhouse was perfect for our family - space to hang out inside and out with toys for the grandchildren and games for the adults in a beautiful location. We loved staying here!

Great Coutry Location with access within reasonable distance of stores, restaurants, etc, if you prefer more “city” atmosphere. Pool was clean, but we did not use it due to the time of our stay (late September). Host was very responsive even when it was just with simple questions.

My family and I stayed at this home for a long weekend. It was clean and fairly comfortable. There were toys for the kid and plenty of space. Cons: the train runs right in front of the house and constantly (including middle of the night), shaking the house while blowing the whistle; very disruptive especially for the kid (and therefore, the adults). The kitchen was not stocked with ANYTHING except some paper towels and dish soap. We had to buy everything (salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc.); it would have been nice to at least have coffee to accompany the provided coffee maker on the counter, especially after the interrupted sleep we had with the train. We were given JUST enough towels/linens for 1 day, no extras for additional days, so we did laundry 2 days out of the 3 days we stayed.
Since we were in-and-out a lot, we didn't contact the host. We also didn't get use out of the pool but the space looked lovely and inviting.
Over all it was an OK stay.
