This roomy three bedroom- three full bath ground level two story town home style condo sits on an unheard of 20+ acres on the sought after west end of Panama City Beach. 1600+ square feet of living space overlooks and is just steps away from the famed emerald waters of the Gulf Coast and facility's 315+ feet of sugar white private beach. Step onto the lush courtyard where you will find an oversized swimming pool with sun bathing deck and wading pool, multiple tennis courts, childrens playground and other aminities. This relaxing, family friendly resort is located near all the local attractions that the area offers but far enough down the west end to retain its quaint charm.

The property is in a great area! Close to the beach is wonderful and you can see the ocean from every window. The pool and all the game area is so nice. The unit is fun and friendly. Our issue was the condo not being clean. This is a older condo and could us some updates, but I can look past any updates and really don't mind that. It was the lack of a housekeeper!! We had to vacuum the carpets (dirt and nails upstairs) toilets had rings around them (cleaned all) lamp above table didn't work (so we could not use that area in the evening. Shower head in upstairs bathroom is broken (water comes out in a hose like matter). Master bedroom upstairs had the bed made with blood stains on the sheets. We washed them and it came out (so much have been sheets was not changed. And the towels in the upstairs bathroom smelt mill drew and we have to wash before using. I am not sure why I paid for a cleaning when this is how we received it - maybe we should get the cleaning cost. And no, we didn't complain, we just cleaned - cause we were on vacation and wanted to be at the beach!!! I would still recommend this unit despite the lack of housecleaning.

The location and property amenities are amazing! The property is across the street from the beach but with private access to the beach. There is a tunnel to get to the beach, which was nice. The private beach is beautiful. The condominium itself was nice but a little dated. The cleaning crew did not do a good job as some areas were still dirty. It wasn't until we were leaving that my mom told me that her bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned at all. She didn't tell me when we arrived because she didn't want to upset me since I selected the property where we were staying. So my only feedback would be to consider a new cleaning company. Otherwise, a good stay.
