We invite you to spend your summer vacation at our villa, “Esprit de la Vague.” An 80 m² four-bedroom villa for 6 people, featuring a pool on a wooden deck, internet, and located 2 km from the sea. 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 (1 160-cm bed + 1 140-cm bed + 2 90-cm beds). Minimalist and soothing decor, with a seaside “wave” theme. Very large private terrace at the back of the house with outdoor furniture. Our villa is located 2 km from the ocean, 2.5 km from downtown, 700 m from the train station, and a Lidl supermarket is less than 500 m away. Set on a large, fenced-in lot of 1,090 m².
The villa enjoys a prime location, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay in the region. Many activities await you in the surrounding area and nearby.
Household linens will be provided (sheets, dish towels, bath towels)
At the end of your stay, the tenant is responsible for cleaning (cleaning supplies provided), or cleaning can be arranged for €90.
You can park on-site in a private, enclosed parking area. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Small pets are allowed. Parties are not permitted.
The villa, fully renovated for the 2021 season, features a 3.5 x 5.5 pool to complete the experience. We have also been renting out an apartment for 4 people for the past 18 years, which has allowed us to gain extensive experience in hospitality.

Many activities await you in the surrounding area, such as a boat tour to the Cordouan Lighthouse, jet skiing, rollerblading, water skiing, paragliding, water sports, surfing, hunting, windsurfing, tennis, cycling, swimming, sea fishing, hiking, sailing, and horseback riding. The greatest châteaux of the Médoc are less than 45 minutes away. Visit Bordeaux in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
