This spacious charming apartment is in a great location: few minutes from Buffalo Bayou Park bike tracks, couple of minutes from Houston downtown, middle distance from Heights and Museum district. With Uber you can get literally anywhere in Houston for few dollars. Bunch of bars and restaurants everywhere at walking distance from the house.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a unique 1920's brick house. It is very spacious with 2 large king bed bedrooms, a smaller queen bed bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a large outdoor patio and relaxing (there is also a gas grill on the first floor).

This was a nice place to stay. It was overall clean and the bedrooms were nice. The bathroom walls need to be cleaned, but otherwise the bathroom was clean. There were extra towels in one of the closets but l there was still only 3 for 3 travelers. This is a really great area and close to everything we wanted to do. This was my first time is the Montrose area and it’s a very beautiful part of Houston. This is an upstairs unit which is in the description, but it didn’t seem clear when we booked it. The instructions sent were a little complicated. In the instructions, use the code on the app not the code in the instructions for the front door. You don’t need a key to get in, but there is a gate that you can go through and have to use the key box which may not have the key in it. This is a multiple unit place, so the one you’re renting is the bottom left unit. Parking was very easy. We had 2 cars, one stayed on the circle driveway and the other were parked on the street that was always available right by the unit. I contacted the host and at first his phone didn’t go through, but he contacted me back and messaged me. Also, there’s a ton of books. So if you like to read, you might find something interesting. Overall would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property, spacious and a great location.. It was exactly what we needed and honestly a bit more.. beds comfortable, decorative and nice. Outside seating was as goo as outside seating can be and expected and I'm not real picky on outside furniture and long as I can use it, and I was grateful it had some coffee as we bring nothing since it was a one night stay. Would stay again..

The place was nice, clean and in the perfect location for our needs. I only wish the light on the stairs had been on when we got there. We arrived at night, and none of the switches at the bottom of the stairs works the stairwell lights. Those stairs in the dark were hard to navigate in the dark, but we managed ok. Books were great and we had a nice time. I would definitely book this again.
