We are part of the Mango Terrace property - one of six units with a shared saltwater pool with picturesque views of the Caribbean Sea. Be As You Are Villa has been a favorite vacation home for many St John lovers. A spacious well designed floor plan with an open concept perfect for entertaining or relaxing with your family after a long day at Trunk Bay. Air conditioning throughout the entire home with individual controls of the temperature in each bedroom keeps you comfortable and cool. You truly get the best of both worlds at Be As You Are: while offering our guests some of the best views of the island’s sunsets, green hillsides and turquoise waters, you are still only a short walk to town where there are incredible restaurants, shopping and nightlife! The wrap around balcony is the perfect space to feel the ocean breeze while enjoying the incredible views of the Caribbean Sea. The pool deck is just steps away from your front door making it a unique poolside property. You are high enough for amazing views and just low enough to hear the waves crashing below. We also have a back up generator to ensure uninterrupted comfort. Your island paradise awaits!

This was our first time visiting the Virgin Islands and St John. The trip was part of celebrating my 80th birthday with our family; my wife & I, our son, our daughter & son-in-law and our college age grandson. The villa was fabulous, just as described and just as beautiful. We loved it! We stayed 5 nights, doing island tours, spending time on Cinnamon Bay Beach, a sailing/snorkeling yacht charter and of course eating too much in various restaurants. The villa had everything we needed for beach supplies, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. etc. We had breakfast in the villa and once or twice dinner or lunch; we bought a few groceries, and the kitchen was well equipped. We especially enjoyed to views from the balcony and the pool was very nice. The street out front was steep as we expected but manageable. The management company’s greeter did a walk-thru when we arrived and answered all our questions. Later when we had other questions, they were very helpful and great to work with. Really can’t say too much about how beautiful the villa is and how much we enjoyed our stay !!

We were very happy with Be as You Are for our group of 9. It was a perfect set up and plenty of space to spread out. There were a couple of small issues that were fixed promptly when I mentioned them. The walk to and from town is definitely a workout but we didn't mind it and never took a taxi :). The view was stunning as well! We have no complaints and can't wait to be back!

The condo was perfectly spacious for the four couples. Everyone felt like they had plenty of space and even though one of the bathrooms is shared between two of the bedrooms, it was a large bathroom. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beaches. The pool was great and the view was beautiful! Be mindful that the unit comes with one parking spot so be sure and discuss that up front. The management company was amazing! Very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend!
