About this villa rental
Holiday home on the outskirts of Alpandeire, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
This detached holiday home offers your family the possibility of spending some relaxing holidays, as it can accommodate up to five people. Its private pool, together with the Balinese bed, will become the perfect place for disconnecting and soaking up the quiet atmosphere of its 2-hectare plot with holm oaks and carob trees.
Inside, the house is rustic and welcoming. Out of the three bedrooms, two are equipped with one double bed, and one features three single beds. The living space welcomes a dining-living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the house.
The living room is provided with warm/cool air-con.
The living room opens onto the outdoor area, where a pergola with a summer kitchen and a BBQ is located. In front of it, the private pool ideal for refreshing, near which a shaded chill-out space lets the whole family gather and enjoy the ambience. Surrounding the pool, there are several parasols, sun loungers and the marvellous Balinese bed. Children can also enjoy the playground area and the ping-pong table.
The access to the house, which is also provided with a private parking lot, is possible via a 600-mt unpaved lane. Next to the private car park, there is a socket for charging electric or hybrid cars. The owner does not charge extra for this service.

We really loved our stay at this beautiful rural house!
We enjoyed swimming in the pool durimg bthe hottest days and we felt very confortable in the house, since it resulted perfect for the number of guests.
The place is brilliant for a nice and relaxing holiday, but from there we could also explore this beautiful area. We went to visit Ronda, it is a great place, very interesting and authentic with a lot of things to do around the town. The twenty minute journey from Ronda to Alpandeire has also a beautiful views.
We went with the family and children: the house is set up great for kids, and they loved our stay a lot.
Santiago is the perfect host, lovely, kind and helpful. He was always happy to help us when we need it and he gave us also many advices about what to see and what to do in the area. It was a great privilege to taste the organic vegetables from the house gardens, they were delicious.
We would highly recommend this holidays home.

Heerlijke ontspannen vakantie gehad. Zeer mooie rustige ligging met alle privacy. De zeer sympatieke eigenaar Santiago komt af en toe de planten water geven, maar geeft ook zeer nuttige tips over te ondernemen dingen, avontuurlijke wandelingen, bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Het zwembad is fantastisch. Het huisje is eenvoudig en niet heel groot, maar alles zit erop en eraan. We konden ter plaatse gelukkig nog een paar dagen bijboeken! We komen snel een keertje terug.

La casa esta genial, Tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar una estancia perfecta. no le falta un detalle. Lo mejor la parcela con los senderos y tanta naturaleza. Esta muy cerca del pueblo pero alejada, es perfecta para niños.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. The pool is a great size and the house was perfect for the four for us but it could easily host a larger family. Set in its own grounds it's brilliant for a nice relaxing holiday. Ronda is a great place, loads to see and do in & around the town. The house is set up great for kids, loads of lovely touches to make it a special place and lots to explore in the grounds. The twenty minute journey from Ronda to Alpandeire has some fantastic views.
Santiago is the perfect host - a lovely guy. Always happy to help if required and he went as far as tour guiding us around the area a couple of times. It was a great privilege to be able to help ourselves to the organic vegetables from the house gardens.
Great value for money, we would highly recommend this quirky house.
