Relax in the open-plan living area, where American Oak floors and crisp white walls create a chic, gallery-like space — ideal for art lovers. Slide open the doors and unwind in your own private courtyard oasis, perfect for a morning coffee or evening wine.
Upstairs, you’ll find two generous bedrooms and a stylish mezzanine level that can serve as a second lounge or an extra bedroom — a flexible space for families or groups. With two full bathrooms, plus a guest powder room, everyone has room to refresh.
You’ll stay cozy year-round with double glazing and a heat pump, and enjoy peace of mind with secure garaging for two vehicles (though with everything so close, you may hardly need them).
Whether you're here for work, a weekend getaway, or exploring the city's vibrant offerings, this home is the ideal mix of style, location, and convenience.
Guest Access:
This property has a private entrance with and electric lock and a guest specific code for your security.
The Neighborhood:
A short walk to the end of the street takes you to Papanui Road which is a main route for buses in and out of the city centre. Scooters and Ubers readily available in the neighborhood to assist you with getting around.
Other Things to Note:
For stays of two weeks or longer, we’re happy to provide a complimentary mid-stay clean to keep everything fresh for you! If you’d also like a fresh linen change for a small fee, just let us know and we’ll get that scheduled at the same time.

Emails and in-app messaging is monitored 9am - 5pm, 7 days a week. For urgent matters we are available by phone 24/7.
