About this apartment rental
Adorable Tallie's Camp is located to the rear, off the foyer, with one large bedroom; bath with large walk-in shower, full kitchen & breakfast nook. The back door opens to the carport where there is covered parking available. There is a beautiful backyard area with a porch. Across the street from the property is the city's two mile walking path which travels around "the loop." Downtown Alpine is less than a mile away!
The space
The entrance to Tallie's Camp is off of a shared main foyer/lobby area, but the Suite is private and shares no walls with the two other Suites in the building. The lobby is keyed with a keypad, and the Suite also has an additional keypad entry.
Tallie's Camp is perfect for those who want longer stays, with a parking space in the carport, and a desk area. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and it is located in one of the few areas in Alpine with high speed fiber internet.
Guest access
There is a supply closet which is kept locked in the bedroom, but otherwise there are no access restrictions.

There are other guest suites on the 3 lot (i.e. large) property.

Host was very accommodating to make stay convenient. Enjoyed watching birds outside our windows. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Liked having adequate shelving in bathroom for personal items.Would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Great placed to stay in Alpine. Very quiet, great location, walking distance to university and places to eat, across from the golf course. Robert is very good to work with! I'll be back.
