About this house rental
Architect designed villa at the gates of the cities of Metz, Amnéville and Thionville, in a village with all amenities. Luxembourg 40 km. 200 m2, 9 ares, wifi included, large fitted kitchen open to the 50 m2 living room. 40 m2 balcony and 30 m2 terrace overlooking lovely garden. Very important: NO SMOKING and no animals.

Consider this awesome property a very cozy place to relax after a tough working day. Bounteous living room and ample bedrooms give to relax an inspiring perspective. Strongly suggested for working teams involved in projects development in surrounding area.

We are 6 adults and needed a house with 4 bedrooms. We choosed that one because of the photos from this website und the very good reviews. Superhost!
The contact all the time was very kind via whatsapp.
The worst thing was, at the diningtable were only 3 plasticchairs when we arrived. No more in the whole house. Stephan the owner knew we would be 6 people. Via whatsapp he allowed us to brings in the gardenchairs.
Photos from the website don't match to what you get: No loungefurniture at the balcony, no large table at the teracce, no parasol, no ..
Nothing you could have handled before your guests arrive and let them enter alone in a dark house.
But instead we were given a few rules via whatsapp how to behave in the house. Everywhere were things from the owner? in the house in the freezer, in wardrobes...
Thats ok, but then you can't tell people in advance to be carefull und clean and take of the shoes and and.
Stephan could have come around showing he tries to be a superhost and not just writing whatsapp and collecting quite some money.
Sorry for no better news. We definitely wouldn't come again.
