WiFi was very slow

Shower was ok. The motel was clean except for a few spiders and spiderwebs. The bed was a bit too soft for me but ok for my partner.

Facilities don't represent what is written on the website. There is no wellness or spa centre, no room service, no restaurant. No mountain views from the room and the view from the front was pretty ordinary - not like which is represented by the photos. The room was quite large but the TV was tiny and hard to see the picture unless sitting very close to it. There was no sofa but it did have a single arm chair. I wouldn't normally rate accomodation this low however I wouldn't want to stay more than one night and it is overpriced in comparison to many other places we have stayed at on our trips. Unfortunately once the motel is booked, there is no cancellation so you have to pay for substandard accomodation, I just want to be honest and highlight this because the price of accomodation these days is very high, and to have motels that are usually a bit cheaper than major hotels charging a higher rate with minimal facilities or misrepresented on the website is poor form.
