About this house rental
Hummingbird House is located within a private vineyard estate nestled in the scenic hills between Templeton and Paso Robles, in the heart of California's Central Coast wine country. A uniquely beautiful private setting with expansive lawn, a pond (under construction), lined with sycamore, and redwood trees.
This listing is for the main house with gated pool. There are two other units on the property, the upstairs guest studio and downstairs guest unit.
The property does have several security cameras - one at the main gate, one in the parking area behind the house, one above the barn and one inside the barn. They are not 24/7 monitored devices.

We had a great stay at this gorgeous home. The property is beautiful, with a lake just outside your front door where the resident swans live. The house has everything you could possibly need or want and it is thoughtfully organized and labeled. The game room provides endless fun with something for everyone. Christine (the host) is
helpful and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be back, our family made some wonderful memories during our stay. The only thing that would have made it better was more time.
