Meadow Breeze is a 3BD/2BA cabin where you can bask in the 360-degree mountain views! Enjoy watching either the sunrise/sunset or elk wandering through from the front porch. The massive outdoor fire pit in the back allows for evening gatherings and S'mores fun! The cabin has two living room spaces; the main level has its own gas fireplace. The cabin is perfect for relaxing & making special memories with family and friends.
When you arrive, you will be greeted by the gorgeous 360-degree mountain views. Once inside, you will enjoy a clean, warm, well-appointed 3BD/2BA cabin with all basic amenities. You will need to bring everything you personally require to have an amazing Mountain Cabin experience with you.
Opportunity to enjoy the front porch, which boasts rockers, grill, ceiling fans. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views off the porch, including Ghost Town visibility, with a hot cup of coffee or tea. Although the house is located in a community, it is very peaceful and relaxing.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The two upstairs bedrooms contain a queen and set of twins, along with a full bath in between. Each bedroom is equipped with SmartTVs in which you can access streaming. The living room has a 65" Streaming TV.
The fully-functional kitchen has an island, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator.
WASHER/DRYER - located in the primary bathroom.
Strong WiFi most days, but when the weather is bad, no guarantee
Gas fireplace in living room w/timer beside the front door.
Propane Grill (each guest who uses it is required to clean it after use)
This is a non-smoking home. We do allow smoking on the front porch and outside. Please do not throw butts in the trash can or in the yard/driveway.
Other things to note:
In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:
$225 Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover before every guest) INCLUDED IN TOTAL COST
$125 Pet Fee
11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.
• Please note: Late checkouts without prior approval will incur a $100 fine.

Our three night stay was absolutely perfect. Just what we needed for a little getaway. The cabin was clean and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. The mountain views and Elk did not disappoint. We enjoyed two days of sight seeing and then a day of rest. We loved walking around the neighborhood with the kids. Again, just a perfect getaway for our family. We cannot wait to go back.

Great cabin! Location is perfect; we were in town to ski at Cataloochee. Loved being able to bring our dog and have a great neighborhood to walk her. We stay in this general area every winter and this home is one of the best places there is. Easy check-in, easy check out. The backyard area is beautiful. We had everything we needed to cook meals and it was very comfortable for our family - the living area, bedrooms, dining - everything was great. We did not have snow down in the valley while we were there but the access to this location is very easy and flat. Beautiful views of the mountains and we also saw 12 elk the night we checked in and 6 again on the morning of our check-out. I highly recommend this cabin and hope to return again.

Would highly recommend as house was fantastic for a family stay including teens and grandparents. We enjoyed seeing elk in the neighborhood every day. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.
