The Space
Three comfortable queen bedrooms give everyone their own space to unwind after a day of travel, sightseeing, or hospital visits. The open living area features plush seating, and a flat-screen TV — a great spot to unwind as a group, and we keep board games on hand for a rainy afternoon or a low-key game night in. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for the group rather than eat out every meal, with a dining table that seats six.
Location
North Hill puts you close to everything without the downtown price tag. You're roughly a 4-minute drive to the Cuyahoga River, 5 minutes to the University of Akron, and 6 minutes to the Akron Civic Theater — with Akron-Fulton International Airport about 13 minutes away. The neighborhood itself is known locally as Akron's International District, home to a great cluster of Nepali, Bhutanese, and Vietnamese restaurants right along E Cuyahoga Falls Ave, plus the original Swensons Drive-In — Akron's most famous burger stop — just minutes from the door. Downtown Akron, Akron Children's Hospital, and Cleveland Clinic Akron General are all under 5 miles away.

Pets
We're genuinely dog-friendly, not just pet-tolerant. We welcome small pets for a $100/stay fee (up to 2 dogs); please let us know the type and size before booking. Excessive pet hair beyond normal wear incurs a $200 cleaning fee — we just ask that pets stay off the furniture.
We keep this home clean, comfortable, and ready for your group, and we respond quickly if you need anything during your stay.

Sweet little bungalow. Great for couples or families. If over 6 foot, maybe not the best fit. One member was 6'5" and barely fit up the stairs, but perfect for the rest of us! Very cozy with lots of blankets available for cuddle time! Window AC units worked well. Easy location with Italian food at the end of the street and great donuts a few blocks away. Off street parking was a plus!

The host is super responsive. House is clean, safe and on a quiet street near a great Italian deli. A good choice for my quick trip to Akron.

Overall it was good. I had trouble getting into house with code. Owner responded quickly. I had a few other questions with no response. No dish cloth for kitchen or dish drainer. We only used two cups and didn’t want to run dishwasher for so little dishes. Instructions for check out via email versus what is on counter have some discrepancies as to where to leave towels and garbage. It would have made the stay nicer if there were chairs on the porch to sit on and if the porch was a little more tidy/clean.
