A great little apartment right on the water, exactly what I wanted! Kitchen is well equipped, and the host offers nice extras like beach chairs / umbrella and snorkel sets. I would stay here again!

Great location and well appointed condo. The host was very responsive to our questions. We arrived a day late, due to weather on another Island. The condo had not been cleaned due to the weather in Maui. I contacted the host and a cleaning crew arrived within an hour. The condo was very well appointed and had AC in the bedroom as well as the main living area and kitchen. The kitchen had a complete set of pots, pans, and utensils, as well as good quality appliances.. We loved the location because it is located right on the water. Shops, Restaurants, an aquarium and many charter boats within walking distance. The property that the condo is in could use a little more effort from the staff. Wet hallway floors and ramps were frequent in the common spaces and were never mopped. The central elevator did not work on several days. No note explaining why.

The location is fabulous, and the assigned parking spaces made parking easy. The host communicated well, and got back to us very quickly when we had questions or issues.There is an odd smell in the bedroom and some deferred maintenance issues.

This property needs a deep clean of carpet in the bedroom and couch. This was communicated to management upon arrival. They offered to clean immediately, but we declined because we didn’t want the inconvenience while we were there. The bathroom needs an overhaul as well. The location on the water is lovely. View of the ocean and pool is second to none. The lanai is out of the wind, which is really nice as it was very windy. Unit is close to the elevator.
