About this chalet rental
Water cistern installed for continuous supply during PR's water rationing!
The Chalet is a 2BR/1BA 1st-floor apartment in Park Gardens, a quiet/private area. 7-10 min drive to SJU Airport; near malls, restaurants, beaches (NOT walking-distance). You have ONLY the FIRST floor (entire place stay) with a private entrance. The 2nd floor is closed for future renovations; no access to it or the 2nd floor balcony. The owner lives in the concrete house below with its own entrance.
Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed which can fit 2 people in that room.
Bedroom #2 has two Twin beds & a Bunk-bed which can fit 4 people in that room.
**2 additional airbeds can be provided to accommodate 2 more people, for a total of 8 guests in the property. The airbeds can be accommodated one in each room in order to take advantage of the AC.
There are currently 4 Security cameras turned on and recording 24/7. These cameras provide safety for our guests and the property. They are all located outside by the Chalet's Main entrance, Stairs, and on the way to the back area. If you have any question, feel free to let us know. Thank you!

We (party of 5) had a quick stay here before getting our plane home the next morning. The owner was very detail oriented and it was a very pleasant stay. The front deck was beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the evening. Parking was designated and getting in and out of the house was very easy. Thank you!

The stay was great. Manuel Jr. was our contact point before arrival; Manuel Sr. lives on-site and was our contact person during our stay. Both were super responsive and helpful. The place itself was clean and perfectly agreeable. There was street parking right in front of the building. All was exactly as advertised. Certainly, you can find more upscale places, but my wife, two teens, and I were very comfortable and I don't think you can beat the value.
