The flat itself is good, but seems to double as a repository for the owner’s unwanted and outdated kitchenware and crockery. The knives, for example, are hopelessly blunt, and a number of items in the kitchen don’t work or don’t work properly. The kitchen sink was effectively blocked and it took me - not a plumber - a considerable effort to fix it.The major failure is with the courtyard - a great asset, but unswept and dirty, overgrown and untended, with dilapidated wooden garden furniture that was broken in places, and seemed potentially dangerous - threatening to collapse if one wasn’t careful.The relative uselessness of the courtyard, which features heavily in ther advertising, does not justify the expense of renting the property.

Wonderful house in Chiswick, close to 2 Tube stations and many buses. Would definitely stay again. Sandra was so helpful when I needed to leave a broken suitcase, super accommodating. Very happy with our stay
