Lovely staff at Marrakech!

The staff of the Riad was absolutely lovely. We had the best experience we could have asked for. They were always available to help out and made us feel at home. 1. It was my sister's bday and her boyfriend wanted to give her a surprise. He called the Riad to ask for them to buy her flowers. Not only they did not charge us anything, but they prepared a little cake with a flower and they even played some Happy Birthday music for her :) 2. We were travelling two girls and they would always make sure we were safe. One day a private driver came to pick us up for a day trip outside of Marrakech and he made sure he talked to the driver before we went on the car and when we got back to the Riad after the day he asked us if everything went well and if we were OK.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't exactly not like about the Riad nor the experience. We had a very positive one!

Great hidden spot in the middle of Marrakech! Our room was lovely, with a large comfortable bed, plenty of storage, and a great bathroom! There was no door for our bathroom but this wasn't a huge issue for us but maybe something to be mindful of. It was great to have a nice space to lounge about in the riad during the day, and the rooftop pool was great and private to escape some of the noise during the day! The staff were lovely, and worked very hard to look after and accommodate us. Some didn't have lots of English, again not an issue but something to be aware of. The breakfasts were a nice touch and they gave plenty of food. Overall a nice relaxing riad!

Just gorgeous, no place better to stay in Marrakesh

The property itself boasts both a modern and authentic Moroccan feel. It’s very well kept and was spotless throughout. We felt so at home there. It was a peaceful oasis and looked even better in person! The staff were lovely and so intent on going above and beyond. They took great care of us and even gave us some great tips on being in Marrakesh. Quite frankly I think they could easily charge more!

Modern take on a traditional riad

Excellent location for central square square which is an easy walk away. Friendly restaurant opposite the mosque which is near the Riad, where you can eat on the rooftop, or enjoy a drink and people watch at street level. Breakfast good and the Riad is really nice with lovely rooftop area to relax.

Housekeeping a bit patchy in the rooms and no information offered on arrival, not even what time breakfast was served, if you asked if was forthcoming. We have visited Marrakech before and on arrival we were given a map with the route marked to the main square and other attractions from the Riad, also some say safe tips. This addition would be of benefit I feel to guests staying in this Riad.

Youseff was amazing! THE BEST All the staff was kind and available The room was ALWAYS clean and the bathroom was very nice Breakfast was very good The terrace was beautiful They also serve a very good the

unfortunately you couldn’t take very long hot shower :(( A heated pool would make the terrace outstanding

Good but could have gotten better for the price.

Amazing super friendly staff and really helpful they’re the main reason I’m leaving a good review! the room had ambience which I’m guessing is the aim of the lack of lightbulbs and the Riad in itself is gorgeous inside. Very homey feel to it and the rooftop was also quite nice and comfortable.

The room I stayed in (Leon Room) had a very bad smell in the toilets and made it hard to sleep through the night as it seeped through, which obviously meant we found it hard to use the toilets too as it was just too much. There’s no real light just small bulbs by the bed and bathroom mirror and you have to wait for them you get bright. Breakfast was very minimal and the hotel is located in a really busy area kind of a market so leaving and coming can be a lot to handle.

Location is perfect, to main square only 10 min walking, but hand touch from mosque in kasbah Beds are big, showers good, staff very helpful, breakfast is nice as well

Everything was really good No negative side as well, maybe that wifi is not workimg on the roof

lack of maintenance in the room, a light was broken and heating system didn’t work. I also asked to print my boarding pass but printer was not working too

Gorgeous Riad, lovely team

Riad Awa was beautiful. Super central and just 10–15min walk to the Medina. Such a lovely team who were always ready to help at any point in time. Also had the best lemon chicken tangine I had in Morocco! highly recommend and will love to come back and stay.

Everything beautiful, the location is perfect. The staff is very welcoming and the rooms are amazing and clean. The riad is perfect in every detail and breakfast is really tasty. We recomend it 100%!!!!

A perfect home away from home

Fantastic team here, we ate dinner in the Riad twice because the food was so wonderful. The terrace is beautiful, the rooms are perfect size and comfortable.

the mosque is just next to the hotel and the call to pray on Friday at 3 a.m. was very very loud. I guess all Marrakesh is the same.

Pleasant

The location in very good. Easy access and in the center.

Break was ok. Only have bread n yogurt. Didnt offer options if we want eggs like any other places. Our bedroom was right under the swimming pool. You can hear the pool pump. Only at our last night they turn it off during the night.
