Tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac, this two-bedroom maisonette offers a bright and comfortable retreat. The galley kitchen opens into an airy dining and sitting room, featuring a large picture window that overlooks the communal green space — a lovely backdrop for everyday living.
The Space:
Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms, including one with a flexible zip-link bed that can be set up as a twin or a king, along with a modern family bathroom.
Equipped with all the essentials, the home provides comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked kitchen to make your stay feel effortless. Pets are warmly welcomed, and there is ample on-street parking available.
Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. Over time we have created a few processes to ensure we can deliver a high service level and a great stay for every guest.
