Luxury 1-bedroom apartment just steps from the sea in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, ideally located within a 5-minute walk to the train, shops, bars, and restaurants.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor, south/south-east facing, enjoying beautiful morning sun and stunning sea views. A private path leads directly to the beachfront, making beach days effortless.
The property is set within a well-maintained gated community featuring a recently fully renovated swimming pool, now upgraded to a modern, high-quality standard — the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Inside, the apartment offers a bright lounge with sofa-bed and TV, and a stylish open-plan modern kitchen with breakfast bar, fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher. The spacious balcony provides beautiful sea views and is ideal for al fresco dining.
The bedroom features a king-size (150 cm) memory foam mattress and fitted wardrobes. The large bathroom includes a rain shower, washing machine, and dryer.
Additional features include air conditioning throughout, fibre optic Wi-Fi, and international TV channels. Bed linen and towels are provided, and our nearby office is always available to assist during your stay.
The complex offers lift and ramp access and is conveniently located close to all amenities. Torreblanca train station is just a short walk away, with direct connections to the airport and Málaga city centre — no car needed.
Low-season monthly rates are available for stays of 4 weeks or more (November to March). Please enquire for long-stay offers.
Pets up to 10 kg are welcome for an additional fee of €25 (prior notice required).

Very clean, well equipped apartment with a pleasant main room, bedroom and bathroom and a lovely view of the pool below and sea in the distance. The apartment has a patio, it gets the hot morning sun but is a very relaxing and peaceful place to be in the afternoon.The only sounds I heard in the apartment were the upstairs tenant occasionally moving furniture across their floor early in the morning.The apartment is very well located, close to a small supermarket (open till late) a long stretch of beach and a bus stop (the 120) to explore further along the coast. The more frequent no. 1 city bus into Fuengirola centre also stops outside the apartment (at the Globales/Gardenia Garden stop).It's easy to reach the apartment from the airport without a car even late at night (using the frequent and late running C1 coastal train from the airport). The Los Boliches train stop in central Fuengirola is in a nice looking area (and opposite a big Supercore supermarket) and is close to the stop for the no. 1 bus that stops outside the apartment (the Torreblanca train station is closer to the apartment but requires a walk down the hill and can feel a bit quiet late at night for solo travellers.Access to the apartment was easy (key box outside the apartment) and communication with the letting agency was very responsive and they answered any questions I had about the apartment or local amenities. I hope to be able to stay at the apartment again in the autumn.

The sofa bed needs a good cleaning.
Hopefully the pool is open next year .

Very nice apartment, conveniently situated near beach, bars and restaurants and supermarket not far away, all within walking distance. Bus stop outside the apartment. Small balcony with sun in the morning. Lovely comfortable bed. Good size bathroom.
Somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom.
