About this villa rental

Situated on the waterfront, this welcoming villa brings all of Praiano within your reach. With the property's convenient onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the quick 2-minute drive to Gavitella beach or the 5-minute drive to Marina di Praia.

After you return to this 2691-sq-ft villa, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and firepit. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and cable/satellite TV.

A BBQ grill and air conditioning are featured at this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental. In addition, there's a jetted tub, along with a bidet, towels, and shampoo. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

We had a wonderful time for 10 days at this place with our family of four. The property and the location are truly outstanding, as you can see from the pictures. But even more noteworthy, the property owner and manager (Nello) is one of the nicest and most helpful persons I ever had the pleasure to rent from. This place is a true gem at the touristy Amalfi coast!

We had a lovely 4 night stay at the Villa. Nello was an amazing host who organised groceries, restaurant bookings, a private chef and regularly checked in with us. He even carried our suitcases!

Beautiful villa, exceptionally clean and well-kept. Peaceful location, and walking distance to Praiano. Nello was the perfect host, attending to all of our needs. He was kind enough to drive us to nearby places and secured reservations everywhere we wanted to go. Thank you to the entire Villa Orozone team for a wonderful stay!

Nello is an incredible host making things easy as he communicates all the things necessary and has excellent advice which you’ll want to take. The place is wonderful and conveniently situated between Positano and Praiano. Lovely views. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We’ll be back for sure!
