The unit features a King master bedroom and twin hallway bunk beds accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably.
Centrally situated, guests can enjoy leisurely mornings on the beach and explore the charming shops and restaurants along the picturesque 30A area either by bike or car in the afternoons. Sand Angels is an ideal retreat for couples or small families seeking a relaxing week at the beach or a romantic getaway.
Upon entering the unit, you will discover the king master bedroom to the left and a full bathroom located conveniently across the hall. Continuing down the hall, you will come across the twin hallway bunk beds leading to the living room, which boasts breathtaking ocean views from the kitchen and living area.

Condo was very nice and as described with most amenities needed. Location was great. The one thing that was tough for a "family of 4" as the condo is advertised, was the bunk beds for the two sleepers- they were located in the main hallway and there was no luggage racks or storage or charging outlets for their suitcases or phones. There was also construction going on for half the trip in a unit below that was very loud /disruptive to a peaceful stay(esp at this price per night) and to the small parking lot. Beach chairs were not marked as promised until we found the rental company rep on the beach and asked that he mark them daily. We were never able to communicate with the host directly, but communication with Paradise Properties management co was available however they were unhelpful with the few questions/issues we had. Overall, it was a nice stay because the weather was beautiful.

This was our first time to rent just a one bedroom but when not traveling with family and friends, it was perfect for me and my husband. The beach front is the best part, the kitchen has everything you need, the condo was clean, nice furnishings, great location. We would definitely rent it again.

We love VRBO and love the coast - have been using VRBO and coming for 20 years…and this was a disappointment of a stay. The location is awesome…but the property needs some serious, serious, aging attention! Things you don’t see in the beautiful pictures or in the description - there are SEVEN Damp Rid buckets placed all over this small interior, kitchen, bathroom, laundry. All of the air vents drip and leak condensation at all times on your head or making puddles on the floor for you to walk through - literally in the small hallway and in front of the bathroom sink. None of the floors are level in any way, they are squishy when you walk on them as if this flooring was laid on top of old flooring/framing. It’s not a comfortable stay as it is just so, so, old - it’s a lot of lipstick on a pig. However, redo it right and it would be a gem! We did share our issues with Denise from Paradise Properties but have yet to hear back from anyone as of yet…
