NEW, Beautiful 1 bedroom 1.5 bath with beach views for miles overlooking the ocean and the boardwalk which now runs all the way from south point at the beginning of South Beach on up for jogging, biking or leisure walks. Very comfortable layout 850 sqft with full kitchen, dining table, washer and dryer, 2 flat screen tvs, a private bedroom, walk in closet, master bath includes double sinks a bidet, separate bathtub and shower. An additional guest bath with a sink and toilet with shelving for your convenience located in the main room. 2 comfortable cushioned outdoor sofas on the balcony with sweeping views from the 30th floor of the ocean facing east/south where you can see down the coastline as well as the famous Miami skyline to the right(west). This seems to be the favorite spot in the unit to hangout with the warm Tradewinds constantly blowing. Wifi, internet and cable are included. Views from the Bedroom and Living room with massive floor to ceiling impact windows sheer drapes and a blackout shade for the bedroom. The building includes a Tennis Court, Bbq area, an exceptional gym (one of the best on Miami beach) valet parking, ping pong, Billiard, racquetball, large pool, jacuzzi and a private exit from the pool area to the beach where there is an attendant for lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Fabulous building and facilities, great location right on the beach. Condo was well equipped, stylishly decorated with amazing views of downtown and the ocean. Relatively small (c. 800 sq. ft.) but perfect for a couple.

My wife and I recently spent just under 2 months in this beautiful apartment. The view from this high floor unit is simply breathtaking, both from the balcony and the apartment itself. The apartment is very well decorated, with a style most appropriate for Miami Beach. It has all of the necessary household items for a comfortable stay. The owner has an assigned parking space on the second floor of the onsite garage. The few minor issues we had were addressed promptly and cheerfully by the owner and his local representative. Checkin and checkout were seamless and prompt, with excellent communication. The pool was recently renovated and is gorgeous. The beach is just steps from the pool across the Miami Beach Beachwalk, with easier beach access than even from the storied Fontainebleau or Eden Roc hotels. The Akoya has chaise lounges and umbrellas on the beach with helpful, full-time staff present at all times. We have been regular guests at the Akoya for over 10 years and know the building very well. It is considered one of the finest condominiums in Miami Beach. It is a residential building with mostly full-time residents and very few short-term renters, and thus does not have a transient feel to it the way many other properties do. It is very secure with no unknown tenants in the building. The building is very well run and maintained, and the Akoya staff members are professional, friendly, and helpful. In summary, this is a very fine rental property.
