Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Served with lift and enjoying sea views this apartment also has an optional parking space which is very comfortable in Bugibba especially during the summer season. At the end of the road there is the bus terminus and only a minutes walk away is the seafront and promenade.

Our first vacation to Malta as a family was wonderful. This property is spacious, clean, and has a nice view of the Bay. We took some spectacular photos of the sunset from our balcony on the 5th floor. There is also an elevator at this property. Joseph stocks the property with all the items you would need to cook, if you wish. Joseph is an attentive host. He arranged transportation to and from the airport for us. He answered all my inquiries prior to coming and during our visit. We had a problem with the water pressure and he came immediately and fixed the issue. He provided extra towels and an unexpected welcome package. The food and drinks in the fridge were appreciated as we traveled far and it came in handy when we arrived. We were able to walk to all the restaurants we ate at in St. Paul's Bay, so no need to pay for a Bolt. If you book the boat tour to see the Blue Lagoon at Comino Island and then to Gozo, you can walk to the pier where the tour begins from this property. We never took the bus, but the bus station is literally around the corner from this property. There were 4 of us, but this property could sleep 8. We traveled at the end of May 2026, and we never had to turn on the air conditioner. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, dryer, and several clothes lines on the back patio. It is a secured building and we felt very safe walking around this neighborhood during the day and night. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you, Joseph!

The apartment was beautiful and as described. Joe was available at all times to answer any issues we had, but was not needed as the whole weeks vacation was perfect. I would recommend this apartment to anyone that is considering visiting Malta and St. Paul’s Bay. Loads of room and very modern and secure. Loads of places to eat and a good base to visit the island.If you are hiring a car it can be quite manic and busy all over the island. Popeye village and the Aquarium a must visit…..Thanks Joe, great to meet you…

Joe was helpful even before we arrived. Provided pick up and drop off service to airport. Welcomed us into the home and everything was super clean and accommodating. Area was easy to get bolt or uber with a ton of activities for adults and children. The splash and fun was only a 10 min car ride. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The apartment was centrally located close to everything you need, just two minutes walk to the bus terminal which made exploring the island easy. It was lovely and clean with modern fuxtures and fittings but I would suggest supplying spare towels. It wasn't a problem for us as the weather was good so made use of the washing machine! The unexpected welcome pack was an added bonus.The owner was very responsive to messages and helped sort airport transfers.I would definitely recommend the property, we had a great stay.
