Located in Saint-Pierre-de-Côle, the spacious 257 m² Maison Sébastien is perfect for family holidays or getaways with friends, accommodating up to 14 guests. The house features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 additional toilets. For your comfort, you will find Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher. A ping-pong table, baby cot, and high chair are also available.
Outside, enjoy a large private area with a fenced swimming pool (open May to October, closed for maintenance November 2024 to April 2025), garden, terrace, barbecue, playground, outdoor shower, and pétanque court with boules provided. Two on-site parking spaces are available. Families with children and one pet are welcome, and bachelor parties or similar events are permitted. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request, available for an extra fee.
The property offers self check-in: you will receive detailed arrival instructions 24 hours before your stay, including access codes and directions. The owner manages the house remotely but remains available via the booking platform messaging for any questions.
