The Space

A three-bedroom home close to Remarkables Park and local attractions. The living areas look out to lake & Mountain View.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, all with King size beds.

Bathrooms: Three bathroom. All have standing showers.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV, and balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, microwave, cooktop, kettle, toaster, extractor fan.

External: There is both a balcony and a patio featured - both providing ample outdoor seating. There is also a spa and BBQ (fees apply) available .

Stairs: external

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
