This spacious 87 m² penthouse in Saalfelden comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and combines modern comfort with breathtaking panoramic mountain views. The bright open-plan living and dining area features a cosy box-spring sofa bed, TV and comfortable seating. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with pantry includes a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and espresso machine.
Two separate bedrooms offer comfortable box-spring beds and stunning views of the Kitzsteinhorn. The bathroom features a shower and washbasin, while a separate toilet provides additional convenience. The private balcony and rooftop terrace are perfect for relaxing and enjoying magnificent views of the Leoganger Steinberge, Steinernes Meer, Hochkönig, Schwalbenwand and Kitzsteinhorn.
The penthouse is ideally located for both winter and summer activities. The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, Hochkönig – Ski amadé and Zell am See-Kaprun ski areas are easily accessible. Hiking and cycling trails are also nearby. A washing machine, carport and parking space are available, and a baby cot can be provided free of charge.
