Welcome to 'SheSalty' on Scenic 30a, with access to all the wide open beach you could want!
Our 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and expansive bar seating. The open floor plan has large living and dining areas, as well as, a new 65" smart TV. The spacious balcony offers plenty of outdoor seating and spectacular views – the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening beverage!

With only 10 units, Preserve Place offers convenient parking, fast elevators, and easy access. Amenities include deeded beach access with a newly refurbished private shaded boardwalk, 4 pickleball courts, 1 tennis court, and 2 pools!
The largest pool (western) is heated seasonally and located directly adjacent to the condo. The eastern pool is located on the opposite side of the community and directly across from the deeded beach access.
*Beach access: Preserve at Grayton Beach deeded beach access (a 10 min walk to the east) OR Blue Mountain public beach access (a 10 min walk to the west)
*Backpack chairs, a beach umbrella, an all-terrain beach wagon, and beach towels provided for your convenience.
*Within walking distance to Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mountain Bakery, For the Health of It Natural Food Store/ Juice & Smoothie Bar, Cowgirl Kitchen Cafe, and Redfish Taco (also featuring nightly live music!)
*Surrounded by the endless natural beauty of Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, and nearby coastal dune lakes for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing
*Golf cart rentals are allowed on property. Ask about discounted rates through our preferred vendor.

A full-sized washer and dryer is available for your convenience. Our housekeeping staff ensures a clean environment before your arrival. All towels and bed linens are stripped and removed from property and replaced with freshly laundered linens at every checkout.

Everything as stated in description. Pickleball courts were awesome. Private beach is a little walk but very worth it. We loved every part of our stay. Great owners and correspondence. Would stay again.

Spacious condo and a great location at a reasonable rate very happy with our stay and we will certainly look for this property again on our next visit to Grayton Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for Easter Weekend/ Spring Break and would highly recommend! Both my husband and I had to work during our stay and had no interruptions. The condo is beautifully and comfortably decorated and very clean! The owners have stocked it well to ensure you have everything you need for your stay and communicate quickly. The pools & pickleball court are right next to you and you don't find a better location along 30A if you like it a little more laid back and less crowded. We would definitely stay here again!
