About this house rental

Come enjoy this Urban Oasis. Just 2 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati in the heart of Covington's Mainstrasse Village. Enjoy the original character of the 1800's Victorian with modern amenities. Completely new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and copper countertops. New bathroom with classic finishes. This has front entry and direct access to Main Street/Mainstrasse Village. Within walking distance to local coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.

The bathroom toilet had feces in it when we arrived, all over the toilet and I had to clean it myself. I tried to contact the number on file and messaged the host. No return phone call or message. I called vrbo customer service the next morning and they contacted the host, he got on the phone with me then. I suggested I be compensated for cleaning the disgusting bathroom. The host did refund our money for one night, and I do appreciate that. The location was awesome, we had a nice stay otherwise.
