Like the other reviews, this place is outstanding for the location, size and price point. You can’t have a better view of the Eiffel Tower than this place. Metro is super close, lots of great cafes and restaurants, and much more elbow room in the 16th than other arrondissements.We loved these nearby cozy restaurants for dinner: Les Marches, Aux Cocettes, and Bistrot Le Poincaré. New Jawad Longchamp for Indian food was outstanding and nice break from French cuisine. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

This place is better than the pictures …. Amazing ! If you come to Paris , spend a bit more money to have the Effiel tower on your balcony ! Worth every penny . Showers and beds are wonderful . Location location location …. This a must !

Check-in was quick and easy. The views of the Eiffel were amazing and the location was great with many restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries and other stores nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the view of the Eiffel Tower was spectacular. The place was convenient to the metro and we had no problems getting about, places eat were all around us. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Paris.
