This three-bedroom oceanfront unit offers a great value for guests who prioritize location over amenities, especially as the area recovers from the Lahaina fire. The new owners are planning a much-needed remodel, which will take place once the island starts recovering from fire damage, thus, this unit is available at a reduced price. With its direct oceanfront views, you’ll be treated to breathtaking vistas of the Pacific, making it a perfect retreat for those who love the ocean.
The unit features two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. The living room, located on the street side of the unit, houses the TV, while the family room opens up to the lanai and includes a queen-size sofa bed for additional sleeping space. After a day of paddle-boarding or building sandcastles on the beach, unwind in the comfort of your private indoor/outdoor accommodation. Grill dinner on the lanai while enjoying incredible sunsets between Lanai and Kaho'olawe islands, and take in the sights of surfers and whales in the distance.
Puamana, a 30-acre oceanfront, low-density gated community, sustained some damage from the fire. Unfortunately, the historic clubhouse and some amenities were lost to the fire. Despite this, Puamana still offers a truly unique island experience and the perfect place to unwind and relax. A complete renovation of the spectacular Ocean Pool was completed in October 2025, offering guests a one-of-a-kind setting right at the water’s edge with breathtaking views of the Pacific. The Dolphin Pool is also open and available for use. Although Lahaina town was severely impacted, the location still offers easy access to island exploration.
While this unit does not have central AC, portable AC units have been installed in the three bedrooms for your comfort. This property remains a serene retreat for those seeking the beauty and tranquility of Maui’s coastline during this time of recovery.

Nice big condo with 2 family rooms and an awesome ocean front patio. We could hear the waves all night long! There was surfing up and down the beach and boats passing in between Maui and Lanai. It was a great view. Condo could use updates, but the price is good and the community felt safe and was very quiet. The beds were clean and comfy and the air conditioners really helped to sleep well. The condo was just a couple of miles down from great waterfront restaurants and a Safeway grocery. MaLa tavern! I would recommend this condo for families on a budget who don’t like crowded resorts. The hosts were right there to assist us when called upon. The location is perfect and just nearby are great Beaches. Baby beach is very close and water is clear and calm and there tons of corals and fish to snorkel and see. The big wave beaches are super fun too.

The rental was basic and could use some updating. When we got there some of the pictures that should have been hanging were off to the side. The shower handles may need to be updated. The pool by the beach was closed and we were not able to use it. They did have a smaller pool available. It worked for us since we were out doing things during the day. The view outside was excellent and had access to walk on the beach the grounds are maintained very well.
